BRIEF ON PARTNERS

Mr. Chandra Raj Mehta is a Chartered Accountant of 1961 batch. He also is a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He started his career in the banking industry and after a short span, he joined Central Government services. He has held senior positions, prior to retirement. He has vast experience in the company law matters.He is the senior partner of the firm.

Mr. Rajendra C. Singhvi, a Chartered Accountant of 1974 batch, started his career with the Birla group of companies. In the year 1980 he joined as a senior partner in a Chartered Accountant firm in Mumbai. He has been in practice for more than 38 years specializing in the field of audit, taxation and management consultancy services including corporate finance, re-structuring, acquisition and merger of companies. He also has rich experience in audits of bank branches, depository audits, stock audits, besides audit of public sector undertakings and companies. He has rich experience and knowledge in handling matters pertaining to Stock Exchange, Reserve Bank of India, Company Law Board, The Securities and Exchange Board of India, Income Tax and various State Government Departments.

Mr. Sachin R. Singhvi, a Chartered Accountant of 1999 batch started his career with a Category 1 merchant banking company; wherein he gained experience of handling initial public offerings, takeovers and restructuring. He has also worked on management information reports, raising funds through commercial paper and debenture issues and industry analysis. He has successfully completed the Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He is also on the ICAI panel of Arbitrators. He has cleared the Limited Insolvency Exam conducted by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and is a Registered Insolvency Resolution Professional. He is also an IBBI registered valuer for Securities or Financial Assets.

Mr. Suresh J. Dama, a Chartered Accountant of 2011 batch, started his career with Mehta Singhvi & Associates, Chartered Accountant, as an associate. During 2014 till March 2018 he had been running his proprietary professional practice. He has re-joined Mehta Singhvi & Associates as a partner. He has been in practice over 6 years specializing in the field of audit, taxation and management consultancy services including support services to start up companies. He has successfully completed the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has experience in audits of corporates, bank branches, stock audits, due diligence of corporate and forensic audits.

Miss Seema Bhatia, a Chartered Accountant of 2015 batch, started her career with Mehta Singhvi & Associates. She has been working with Mehta Singhvi & Associates, since November, 2011 in the fields of audits and taxation. She has expertise in statutory audits of real estate sector, indirect taxation, internal audits and IND-AS conversion.
